I'm a freelance web application developer, now involved with DEV36 and LizardMedia companies apart from my own work.
I'm mostly interested in design and implementation of bleeding-edge, scalable, efficient and secure web applications. I work with PHP using Symfony framework backed by Doctrine ORM on a daily basis. I'm also devoted to learning Java EE platform as well as related technologies.
I love fast paced and challenging environments in which I can further develop my skills. I never settle for anything less than efficient, scalable and well-engineered designs. I'm confident in my capabilities and ability to quickly learn and find myself in new environments.
I am certified with SCJP for Java SE 6 and am working my way through J2EE technologies, including servlets, JSP, JSF, facelets, EJB 3.0 and Java Persistence API.
I am also interested in computer networks, what not being my primary career goal now, gives me the ability to better understand concepts involved in network systems and work more efficiently. I've completed a Cisco CCNA Academy programme.
My work being also my passion results in my practical knowledge of many aspects of software development, networking and other computer related fields.
I've been working with many different development teams, holidng positions of both system architect and software developer. I posess an in-depth understanding of business environments and software development strategies.
